I don't know what it is about the 2nd ave and especially Design District, but somehow my Volkswagen just always ends up going there, well I mean, I've never really understood the Germans... 

Violetta

I can't complain though. The area hasn't disappointed me not a single time so far. The more I've spent time there, the more I've started to like it, and the people especially. It's a lot different than other parts in Miami. At times you can almost feel that you were in Europe. 

I met Violetta sitting on a bench outside a small store that she worked in. Despite her short brake Violetta  still had time to join PhotoMe.

71st Street

Probably one of the best things in Miami is that you will never find yourself from staring at the ceiling and playing a third round of rock, paper, scissor against yourself. There is always something to do, whether it is skateboarding down the long streets, or hanging out at the beach. It depends on you. 

I ran into a group of high school kids who were killing time on North Miami's streets by doing flips and whatever- tricks, that if I tried to do the same I would end up to the emergency room..

Anyways, skateboards always look cool, especially when they are in the same picture with a group of reckless teens. 

3738 Ne 2nd Avenue, Design District

You would think that Miami's Design District would be busy on Sunday afternoons, or at least there would be a few people walking on the streets drinking take away coffee while window shopping. I guess it was the rainy weather on Halloween weekend that made people stay inside and instead of Starbucks, make their Pumpkin Spice coffee at home.. 

After walking a while, plus a couple more minutes, I finally managed to find someone from the almost dead 2nd Avenue. They happened to be there for the same purpose as I, taking pictures.
